Here is what you can expect (otherwise known as our customer Bill of Rights).

A copy of your order (minus payment information) will be emailed to you shortly. If you have any corrections or additions, you can reply to that email and make any changes.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will also receive an email from PayPal about payment information. Your credit card is NOT charged until we ship.

We usually ship the same day if the order is received by about 2:00 on a weekday or otherwise the next business day.

If there is a delay in shipment, we will send you an email to inform you when we expect to ship. Of course you are free to cancel if the shipping date does not meet your needs.

When we ship, we will inform you what day the package is expected to arrive. FedEx, we will send you an email confirming the actual shipping date and arrival date. That email will also give you the tracking number and a link to a website where you can track the progress of your package.

Again, we do not charge your credit card until we ship.
