Here is what you can expect (otherwise known as our customer Bill of Rights).

A copy of your order (minus payment information) will be emailed to you shortly. If you have any corrections or additions, you can reply to that email and make any changes.

We will also send you an email to inform you when we expect to ship (usually the same day if the order is received by about 2:00 on a weekday) and what day the package is expected to arrive. Of course you are free to cancel if the shipping date does not meet your needs.

If we ship by FedEx, we will instruct them to send you an email confirming the actual shipping date and arrival date. That email will also give you the tracking number and a link to a website where you can track the progress of your package. Sorry but the US Post Office does not offer a similar service.

We do not charge your credit card until we ship.
