Return Policy

We hope you like the selection you are ordering. But if you do not like it for any reason (or no reason), return it within 14 days. Payment for the price of the returned items will be promptly refunded. No advanced authorization is required to return an item. Just pack it in the same way you received it, carefully centering it in the box with packing peanuts all around the piece. You can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and ask for a "one time pickup" which is less expensive than using a shipping service. Their price includes $100 insurance against loss and breakage.

As a courtesy to us we request that you send along a note telling us why you are returning the piece particularly noting any defect or wrong or misleading description in our catalog.
