However, we can't please everyone.

"The item was not as detailed as I expected." --LG (In accordance with our no quibble policy the payment was promptly refunded. Our defense on that one was that the item, as with all items, was accurately depicted. We do not use special lighting or artsy photography. The only touch up we do on occasion is to remove the sparkleys--little white dots--that reflect back from the shiny surface of the piece because the piece itself does not have those sparkleys.)
